I've been asked to scope our Drupal 11 upgrade and Upgrade Status lists 312 deprecations in custom code. Where do I even start?

Don't panic. Most of those are mechanical. Run drupal-rector first:

composer require --dev palantirnet/drupal-rector
vendor/bin/rector process web/modules/custom --dry-run

It usually fixes 70–80% automatically. Then group what's left by type (not by module), because the same fix applies everywhere.

And bring the leftovers to the office hours on Thursday. We'll go through them together.
