Adopt
Proven in government. Use it by default.
Trial
Worth using on a real project where you can manage the risk.
Assess
Promising. Explore it in a spike before you commit.
Hold
Avoid for new work. Plan to move away from it.

A module sits in the ring with the most votes; ties go to the more cautious ring. Positions are fixed per module, so blips stay put between visits. Hover or tab through the blips, and select one to see its votes.
