Stage 2 of 5: Discovery
The problem
Planning portals are hard to search and residents only find out about applications after the comment window closes.
01 About this project
Discovery questions
- What do residents actually search for? (Address? Ward? Applicant?)
- Can we index the big back-office systems nightly without breaking them?
- Would email alerts within 500m reduce late objections?
02 Who needs this
Every “we need this too” tells the team where their work will be reused. One stroke per organisation.
