Emergency Alert Banner Federation

Push one emergency alert (flooding, severe weather) to every subscribed government site at once.

The problem

During incidents, each site's team adds a banner by hand. Some sites are hours late, and wording drifts.

An idea building on localgov_alert_banner: a signed feed that participating sites subscribe to, with local override.

Every “we need this too” tells the team where their work will be reused. One stroke per organisation.

1 organisation needs this

GDDN is a members-only network for people working on Drupal in government. Join to tell this team your organisation needs it too.
